“The Nourish U SMT program is an amazing experience that creates endless opportunities. I was able to network and form lasting bonds with many other candidates. The program courses offer engaging conservations — and all topic information can be applied to your day-to-day routine.

The public speaking course was also a very useful tool to help build up courage for anyone that may be nervous speaking in front of a crowd. To conclude, the Nourish U SMT program is very beneficial for those looking to enhance or gain new management skills to continuing growing in their roles.”
