Safeway stores across the country were decked out in red and white on Sunday, July 1 to celebrate Canada’s 151^st birthday.

Customers visiting our stores over the long weekend were treated to barbecues and celebration events where they had the opportunity to sample some of Canada’s best locally-sourced products and see the impressive Canada Day-themed merchandising displays built by store team members.
